COGNITIVE CAPACITY MASTERCLASS
Less noise. More clarity. Better work.
A morning to build your cognitive capacity.
Thursday, 8 October 2026
Perth CBD
80% of global workers experience information overload, contributing to daily stress.
36% of managers say they’re suffering from poor health due to the excessive amount of information they have to process at work.
Information overload is a serious concern for the workplace; affecting our productivity, decision-making, and work quality.
Your people don’t necessarily need another productivity hack.
They need a better way to navigate the volume, complexity and competing priorities already surrounding them.
Join us for a practical morning exploring how to make work clearer, more manageable and ultimately more sustainable.
Less noise. More clarity. Better work.
The Cognitive Capacity Masterclass is an interactive half-day workshop for Perth leaders who want to understand what workplace overload is doing to their people — and, more importantly, what they can do about it.
THIS EVENT WON'T BE GOING AHEAD AS PLANNED.

Productivity isn't just about doing more
When everything feels important, everything competes for attention.
Emails arrive. Teams messages ping. Meetings multiply. Priorities shift. New initiatives are added. Systems change. Decisions need to be made.
When our environment becomes harder to make sense of, we use more of our limited cognitive capacity simply trying to navigate the work — before we’ve even done the work.
The result can look like:
- People constantly reacting rather than prioritising
- Too many competing priorities and everything feels urgent
- Work becoming fragmented across the day
- Important tasks remaining open or unresolved
- Teams creating work for each other without realising it
- Difficulty planning because priorities continually shift
- Capable people feeling overloaded by work they feel they should be able to manage
This isn't just a morning of Theory
Expect to work. (But we’ll have fun too!)
The Cognitive Capacity Masterclass combines science and practical frameworks with facilitated conversation and interactive exercises.
You’ll have the opportunity to look at your own organisation through the lens of cognitive capacity and identify where unnecessary complexity may be creeping into the way your people work.
Who should attend?
The Cognitive Capacity Masterclass has been designed for people who influence how work gets done within their organisation.
Particularly:
CEOs & Executives
who want high-performing organisations without creating cultures of constant overload.
HR & People & Culture Leaders
looking for practical ways to address productivity, workload, wellbeing and sustainable performance together.
Learning & Development Leaders
looking beyond traditional productivity training towards skills that help people navigate modern knowledge work.
People Leaders & Senior Managers
responsible for teams dealing with competing priorities, increasing workloads and constant change.
If you’re responsible for creating an environment where people can perform at their best, this conversation is for you.
This masterclass is not for you if:
- You’re looking for a few quick productivity hacks to squeeze even more into an already overloaded day.
- You believe workplace overload is simply an individual time-management problem.
- You’re not willing to question the ways of working that may be contributing to the problem.
- You’re looking for a passive morning where you can sit back, listen and leave without participating.
- You believe being constantly busy is a sign of high performance.
- You’re not open to changing how you — or your organisation — currently operates.
This Masterclass is for leaders who are curious, willing to challenge the status quo and serious about creating better, more sustainable ways of working.
You'll walk away with
A clearer understanding of why capable people become overloaded — and why the solution isn’t simply better time management.
You’ll leave with:
- A practical framework for recognising and reducing workplace overload

- Strategies to improve clarity, prioritisation and productivity
- Practical ways to make work more sustainable without lowering expectations or output

HERE'S WHAT OTHERS SAID
We recently worked with Eve to tackle the busyness of work, and it was very insightful. She guided our team through a conversation of embracing complexity and providing strategies that were both insightful and actionable. It was an engaging experience that has since shaped the way we work. I highly recommend Eve for her unique approach. Her influence on our team's work habits is evident, and we're actively applying what we've learned. Eve's impact wasn't just a one-off; it's an ongoing journey towards better business practices that we're excited to continue.
I really feel that Eve made a big difference in how I manage my day. The course gave me practical strategies to prioritise tasks, stay focused, and avoid feeling overwhelmed during busy periods. I’ve started using time-blocking and planning tools to structure my day better, which has helped me stay on top of deadlines and feel more in control of my workload.
This program gave me the time and clarity to step back and re-evaluate how I work. The mix of simplicity, chunking, and practical strategies made me realise how easy it is to overcomplicate things. The interactive discussions and tools were engaging and thought-provoking, helping me establish criteria for what’s truly important. I now feel better equipped to simplify, focus, and perform with more confidence and energy.
Interested in hearing a new way of thinking, I was looking for a speaker to present on an “outside the box” topic. Eve's presentation exceeded my expectations; was carefully crafted and engaging, and displayed a high level of expertise and experience. Information overload is such a unique topic and so relevant in today's complex world, I can highly recommend Eve.
I reached out to Eve to present her interesting viewpoint on overwhelm as this is definitely a growing concern in the workplace. Her content exceeded my expectations and she presented with passion and pragmatism – she quickly connects with the audience and her information is readily actionable to help simplify. Can recommend!
